UPDATED 24-year-old woman Makayla Hund missing since July FOUND

ACT Policing has confirmed 24-year-old woman Makayla Hund, who was missing since July, has been found.

“Good news Canberra, the missing woman has been located safe and well. Thank you for your assistance,” a statement by ACT Policing released on 6 August said.

EARLIER, 5 AUGUST:

ACT Policing is seeking the public’s assistance to locate missing 24-year-old woman Makayla Hund, who has not been seen or heard of since July.

ACT Policing said Makayla was last seen at her home in Lyons (ACT).

She is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm (5’3”) tall, with a solid build, brown hair and hazel eyes.

Police investigations into Makayla’s disappearance have indicated she may be in the Adelaide and Port Adelaide areas.

Police and Makayla’s family hold concerns for her welfare and are requesting the public’s assistance in locating her.

Anyone who has seen Makayla or who may have information regarding her whereabouts is urged to contact ACT Policing or South Australia Police on 131 444.
