The ACT has recorded its third road fatality of 2025, after an 85-year-old Sydney man died in hospital following a collision in Watson last month.

On the afternoon of 23 March, at the intersection of the Federal Highway and Antill Street, a station wagon left the road and collided with a tree.

The two occupants were transported to hospital with the male driver sadly dying in hospital yesterday, Sunday 13 April.

A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
