Man charged after threatening to kill female property manager

A 36-year-old man will face court today after allegedly threatening to kill his property manager.

On the morning of Monday 28 July, police allege the man sent several messages to his property manager, including threats to kill her.

The incident was reported to police and yesterday, Tuesday 29 July, the man was arrested at his home in Lyneham.

Police will also allege the man repeatedly attended the woman’s workplace and verbally abused her and other employees.

The man was charged with using a carriage service to threaten to kill and stalking, and is due to face the ACT Magistrates Court today, Wednesday 30 July.
