Rockstar Games has released the long-awaited second trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI, giving fans a deeper glimpse into the next chapter of one of gaming’s most iconic franchises.

The new footage introduces players to Jason and Lucia, two small-time criminals caught up in a sprawling conspiracy that stretches across the sun-soaked state of Leonida — a fictional take on Florida — with the neon-lit streets of Vice City at its heart.

Set to release on 26 May 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, GTA VI is being billed as the biggest and most immersive instalment yet. The trailer, which was captured entirely on PS5, highlights the game’s detailed world-building, cinematic storytelling, and fast-paced action — all signature traits of the Grand Theft Auto series.

Rockstar describes the game as “the most ambitious evolution” of the franchise to date, blending a high-stakes narrative with expansive, open-world gameplay.

The game is not yet rated and will be available to wishlist soon on both the PlayStation and Microsoft Stores.
