Three teens to face ACT Children’s Court after alleged assault

Three teenagers will face the ACT Children’s Court this morning, each charged with aggravated robbery, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and obtaining property by deception.

Police will allege the group of teenagers assaulted another 16-year-old on Sunday 27 November. During that alleged assault, a phone was taken and subsequently used to obtain a financial benefit.

On Saturday 3 December, police arrested a 14-year-old, who was on bail for 12 previous offences, and two alleged co-offenders aged 15 and 16.
