There has been a motor vehicle incident at the intersection of the Barton Highway and Bellenden Street in Kaleen.

One of the eastbound lanes is closed, which is causing traffic delays.

ACT Ambulance Service, ACT Fire & Rescue and ACT Policing are on scene.

The community is asked to avoid the area and use an alternative route.
