The highly anticipated milestone has arrived for Weston Creek, with Village Building Co. confirming development approval for Fetherston at Weston, a new community set to transform the former AFP college site between Unwin Street and Heysen Street. The approval is set for construction of 168 modern townhomes, marking the beginning of a significant new chapter for one of Canberra’s most established suburbs.
Fetherston will offer a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes priced from $699,900, thoughtfully designed to appeal to first home buyers, professionals, downsizers and growing families. The masterplan includes multiple parks and open spaces, along with a new childcare centre to support young families from the outset. It’s a community designed to blend the comfort of a brand‑new home with the convenience of an already‑established neighbourhood.
Fetherston places residents within easy reach of everyday amenities, with Cooleman Court Shopping Centre at the heart of local convenience. The project will be delivered by Village Building Co.’s in‑house construction team, ensuring continuity from planning through to construction and delivery.
