Restaurants open for Mother’s Day lunch in Canberra

Mother’s Day is a special occasion that calls for celebrating the remarkable mother figures in our lives. What better way to show your appreciation than by treating your mom to a delightful lunch out? Canberra’s culinary scene is thriving right now, so we’ve put together a list of some of the best places to treat the special women in your life this Mother’s Day.

The new Matt Moran creation in the city is offering a Mother’s Day set menu for $120pp. They will be open for lunch and dinner, with set menus for the lunch service (see images below), from 12pm, and their regular a la carte for dinner, from 5:30pm. The Meat and Wine Co

Med is a Mediterranean restaurant blending the flavors of Greek, Lebanese, and Turkish cuisine, creating a vibrant and authentic dining experience. They are running a special Mediterranean Mother’s Day banquet. $85 per adult and $45 for children under 12. Their a la carte menu will not be available. More info.

Oh No!

Oh No! in Manuka are running a yum-cha themed set menu with free flowing Mumm champagne, house wines, tap beers and a house cocktail for 90 minutes. $89 per person. Sittings begin 11am or 1pm; oh-no.com.au

Lazy Su

Pilot

Located in Ainslie, Pilot promises a unique gastronomic journey that is both creative and deeply rooted in local flavors and ingredients.
