First-class architectural luxury at The Sapphire of Eden

Searching for your next coastal holiday escape or wanting to purchase your new luxurious residence? Look no further than the heavenly Sapphire of Eden which will undoubtedly surpass your wildest dreams of living next to the sparking, jewel-like sea.

The highest point in Eden on the South Coast of NSW is undergoing a spectacular seaside development, with the landmark Sapphire of Eden making its mark as a dramatic work of art, surrounded by panoramic ocean views and exceptional architecture that will take your breath away.

The Sapphire of Eden, developed by Core Asset Development, is set to be a recreational paradise at a 5-star standard, without losing the friendly atmosphere of a local family resort.

Core Asset Development Senior Group Adviser, John Palasty, said the resort will regenerate the South Coast into its former glory as a top tourism destination point for all of Australia to relish in.

“The Sapphire of Eden will have all the benefits of a 5-star apartment block and will be no different to inner Sydney high-end apartments,” Mr Palasty said.

The visionary apartments will encompass award-worthy designs by the world-leading and innovative Altis Architecture firm.

Although the young company is just in their first year of business, they’re already internationally renowned for their ingenious architectural designs and are set to take the world by storm.

The Sapphire of Eden’s sleek construction consists of smooth, rounded lines in the shape of a whale, and it boasts incredibly luxurious interiors, while the star of the show is the roof-top, heated infinity pool with magical views spanning across the Pacific.

A public art space will be central to the complex with a community competition to decide the designs being announced shortly, ensuring local involvement within the project.

“The apartments have been designed to eliminate any stairs, so they suit people with knee and hip problems, and each floor has a maximum of six apartments, so they’re extremely large,” Mr Palasty said.

With an underground carpark, conferencing rooms with a capacity to host 300 people, a world-class restaurant and bar, and a modern wellness centre, The Sapphire of Eden offers an enviable lifestyle in a superb location.

An additional resort hotel, the new Sapphire of Eden Hotel managed by Radisson, shares this history-making precinct, creating another destination point on the South Coast.

The 78-room 5-star prestigious venue will be perfectly positioned above Eden’s picturesque harbour and just three hours from Perisher Ski Resort or Canberra.

Core Asset Development are also the owners of the famous Australasia Hotel and are proud of their hard work aiming to mimic the building’s original form during their restorations, retaining its historic legacy.

“We’re restoring the iconic 117-year-old hotel into a 5-star standard. There’s also going to be a gin, vodka, and whisky distillery out the back of the hotel within 500m of this project,” Mr Palasty said.

“Again, this development will be returning the South Coast into a total destination point.”

With the hopeful return of cruise liners to the South Coast in the near future, Mr Palasty said the developments will attract tourists during their journey across the sea.

The remarkable resort is set to create over 80 permanent jobs for locals, and support 200 daily construction workers during development.

The Australasia Hotel renovation is set to be completed in March, while The Sapphire of Eden is expected to open in mid-2023.
