Manuka Oval is set to host a blockbuster ANZAC Day clash between the GWS Giants and Brisbane Lions as the complete 2024 AFL draw was announced today.
The two premiership hopefuls will duke it out in Canberra on Thursday 25 April at 7.30pm, following the traditional ANZAC match between Essendon and Collingwood at the MCG.
The game marks the second ANZAC Day clash for GWS, having previously hosted the Suns in Canberra in 2015.
The round 7 contest is one of three AFL matches scheduled for Manuka Oval in 2024, with the Saints and Hawks also heading to the nation’s capital to take on GWS next year.
