A 39-year-old Amaroo man will face court today charged with drug trafficking and other offences.
Gungahlin Police Station general duties officers executed a search warrant at an Amaroo home yesterday morning, Tuesday 28 March.
During the warrant police discovered approximately $84,000 in cash, approximately 845 grams of methamphetamine and cocaine, and approximately 600 grams of cannabis. These items were located in spaces above a kitchen extraction fan, behind an oven and in a kitchen cupboard.
A 39-year-old male resident of the home was subsequently arrested and charged with three counts of drug trafficking, dealing with the proceeds of crime, money laundering and breach of parole.
He is scheduled to appear in the ACT Magistrates Court today, Wednesday 29 March.
