Police investigating after man’s body found in Wanniassa

ACT Policing are investigating after a body was found dead on a footpath in Wanniassa.

Around 12.55pm on Friday 3 March, the man’s body was found by members of the public before police arrived and cordoned off the area.

The man is believed to be in his 50s but has not yet been identified and the cause of death is unknown.

Anyone who witnessed any suspicious in the vicinity of Bussau Close between 12 pm and 1 pm today is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
