What’s on around Canberra this weekend, 11-13 August

With a cool one predicted for the Canberra region this weekend, 11-13 August, CW has compiled a list of the best events to keep you warm and entertained.

Get fired up with a glass-blowing demonstration by Alexander Rosenberg, star of Netflix’s Blown Away, at the Canberra Glassworks on Saturday.

Competitors will bring the heat in the Slam! Pro Wrestling Leagueโ€™s next round as they battle for the championships.

Sit, relax and take in a show with a number of great performances across the region, including Mill Theatreโ€™s last shows of Good Works and Canberra Youth Theatreโ€™s latest production, You Canโ€™t Tell Anyone. Or continue soaking up culture and warmth in one of the exhibitions that will close its doors after the weekend.
