Police investigate suspicious Palmerston fire

ACT Policing is calling on information from the public regarding a suspicious fire in Palmerston on Tuesday 22 August.

About 1.30am, police responded to reports of a vehicle fire on Arden Place, Palmerston.

Upon arrival, police located a vehicle on fire in the driveway of a residence; the fire had also spread to the attached garage of the home.

ACT Fire & Rescue also attended and were able to quickly contain the fire.

Following an examination of the scene, the fire was deemed suspicious, and police are now investigating the circumstances of the incident.
