A 44-year-old Lyneham man will be charged with an additional 34 offences after he allegedly sexually assaulted a woman he had forcibly confined.
The man was arrested earlier this year on 11 June after a naked woman approached police in Lyneham and alleged she had been confined to a nearby residence by the man for several days.Â
He was charged with four offences, forcible confinement, sexual intercourse without consent, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and fail to appear.
Following police inquiries, he will today be charged with common assault (19 counts), assault occasioning actual bodily harm (6 counts), reckless threats to kill a person (3 counts), acts endangering health (2 counts), acts endangering life (2 counts), possess offensive weapon with intent, and capture intimate images.
