Could these international medical experts have the remedy to our physical and communication ills?

This week, the Australian Government closed off its one week opportunity for the Australian people to share their views via public submission about the proposed and reintroduced Communications Legislation Amendment (Combatting Misinformation Disinformation) Bill 2024.

This bill, which the Labor Party tried, unsuccessfully, to pass into legislation in 2023, drew 2,400 public submissions and over 20,000 public comments at the time, and which also included serious concerns raised by the Australian Human Rights Commission, whose submission stated that;

‘There is a real risk that efforts to combat online misinformation and disinformation by foreign actors could be used to legitimise attempts to restrict public debate, censor unpopular opinions and enforce ideological conformity in Australia.’

‘All efforts to combat misinformation and disinformation need to be accompanied by transparency and scrutiny safeguards to ensure any limitations imposed upon freedom of expression are no greater than absolutely necessary and strictly justified.’

Ironically, during this same week, two internationally recognised medical experts, Professor Angus Dalgleish of the United Kingdom, and Dr Paul Marik of the United States, commenced a ‘Rediscovering Medicine Uncensored’ speaking tour of Australia at the request of the Australian Medical Professionals Society (AMPS), which kicked off in Warner, Queensland yesterday.

Dr Paul Marik co-founded the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance, (FLCCC), with a group of leading critical care specialists in March 2020, and Professor Dalgleish is an Emeritus Professor of Oncology (Cancer care). Both have focused their attention on preventing and treating COVID-19 and helping patients take charge of other areas of their health.

According to AMPS, the aim of this tour, is to expose what they describe as the medical corruption and censorship plaguing healthcare. And to empower Australians with health independence and breakthrough therapeutic advances.

They also intend to expose the misinformation, censorship and corruption plaguing science and medicine, so that Australians have the opportunity to hear a variety of ‘other’ medical evidence, opinions and perspectives. And decide for themselves what is appropriate for them.

“It’s time for some rediscovery. The tour will empower you to take back control of your health and that of your family. By focusing on vaccine injury, cancer, metabolic, and mental health conditions, they will provide vital insights into true healing. Rediscovering proven, effective therapies will help us overcome the influence of vested interests, in a bid to help restore faltering trust in medicine.”

AMPS believes that Australia must unite to reclaim ethical evidence-based medical practice through both novel insights and rediscovered older principles. They add that doctors and patients need representative associations like AMPS and the FLCCC to stand firm against government overreach and the vested interests currently corrupting healthcare.

“It is time for everyone to take back control of their health from big pharma and big food who seem to be colluding with big media and big government for profit over people’s health.”

A sentiment expressed in numerous submissions related to the 2023 draft of the Misinformation and Disinformation Bill.

AMPS reports that many Australians are unaware of the extent to which diverse medical experience, skills and evidence have been and continue to be, subjected to a level of censorship unprecedented over the past four years.

They state for example, that many of their members were silenced, censored and suspended for expressing concern over aspects of the Australian Government’s public health measures. Depriving Australians of the ability to make truly informed decisions without being given access to the full complement of medical opinion.

Dr Paul Marik spoke about what he is going to share at the Australian events over the next week.

“COVID opened the door for me, myself personally, and many physicians, to actually see what was going on (in medicine). Many of us were blinded and we followed the mainstream medical system, and we believed in the system. I don’t think we understood how corrupt the system really was, and so it really opened out eyes and once you’ve actually seen what we have seen, it is very difficult to unsee. So, I’m going to go through my story, my journey, and exactly what we saw and what we now know is the truth, and ways that people can empower themselves to improve their health and their welfare, so they are less dependent on the healthcare system.”

The ability to raise concerns, change approaches or innovate in the best interests of their patients, AMPS states, was once a core part of medicine.

“Professor Dalgleish and former Professor Dr Paul Marik are among the most highly published medical professionals in the world, standing resolutely in defence of true science, ethical practice, and patient care. They have been unwavering in their fight against the medical censorship and the gross misinformation that has characterised the global response to Covid-19. At great personal cost to themselves. They are men of strong character, intellect and moral courage, committed to saving lives.”

The ‘Rediscovering Medicine Uncensored’ tour will also include various local medical experts.

Tickets, details and speaker biographies, can be found via the links below for Queensland, Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne and Perth.

There will also be a briefing at Australian Parliament House for Federal Senators and Members of Parliament and all Australians are encouraged to make their views on a range of issues, known to them.

“It’s time to reclaim our health from vested interests by rediscovering better, cheaper, and less toxic solutions for health and wellness” says a spokesperson for AMPS.

Angus Dalgleish is an Emeritus Professor of Oncology at St Georges, University of London and Principal of The Institute for Cancer Vaccines and Immunotherapy (ICVI). He qualified with a double degree in Medicine from University College and Hospital and a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy degree with Honors.
