ACT records fifth road fatality for 2020

A 40-year-old man has died following a collision on Uriarra Road in Molonglo Valley this morning, Tuesday 22 September.

About 7.40am ACT Policing responded to a report of a single vehicle collision.

The driver was treated at the scene by ACT Ambulance Service however paramedics were unable to revive him.

The road is currently closed and police are expected to be in attendance for a number of hours.

ACT Policing’s Major Collision Team is investigating the circumstances of the incident and a report will be prepared for the Coroner.

Police would like to thank motorists for their patience and said that at this time, no further details will be provided.
