Young midfielder Grace Maher has re-signed with Canberra United for the 2021/22 W-League season.
Maher made 12 appearances for United this year, finishing the year with two goals and two goal assists.
The 22-year-old made her W-League debut with United back in 2015 before heading to the Melbourne Victory for two seasons.
She returned home to Canberra last year and the Majura FC local said she’s excited to build on last season.
“I am proud and excited to be back in green this season,” Maher said.
“We had a successful campaign to get back into finals football last year and I cannot wait to be here to help build on that.
“Canberra is my home and the feeling of playing for United is something I don’t get at other clubs.”
