Four new COVID-19 cases in Queanbeyan

Queanbeyan has recorded four new COVID-19 cases in the 24 hours to 8pm last night.

The four cases are all in Karabar and they remain under investigation.

They are the only new cases recorded in the Southern NSW Local Health District (SNSWLHD) today, with the total number of cases in the region now at 458 since the start of the outbreak in June.

The areas within the SNSWLHD that have cases under ‘virtual care’ are Queanbeyan-Palerang (47), Goulburn (5), Eurobodalla (2), Yass Valley (3), Bega Valley (1), Upper Lachlan (1) and the Snowy Monaro region (1).

There are two people in hospital with the virus.
