Canberra auctions to check out this week

The Canberra auction market has had a cracker of a month with price records tumbling and impressive clearance rates across the Territory.

CoreLogic’s latest auction update reported 184 total auctions across Canberra last week, its highest ever recorded volume, and a clearance rate of 88.2 per cent, up from 85.7 per cent the previous week.

The ACT property market continues to go from strength to strength with no sign of slowing down just yet, despite the usual Christmas lull just around the corner.

It’s an exciting time to go house hunting across the ACT with auctions happening every weekend and new suburb price records being set weekly.
