Christmas may be only 10 days away but auctions and inspections across Canberra this weekend are still charging on with 217 homes in total going under the hammer last week, compared to only 116 this time last year, according to CoreLogic.
The ACT still has one of the top capital city auction clearance rates, sitting only behind Adelaide, on 75.7 per cent last week.
With continuous tumbling price records and record number of inspections, it’s an exciting time to go house hunting across the ACT.
