A man in his 60s has died with COVID-19 in the ACT as Canberra recorded 372 new cases in the 24 hours to 8pm last night.
There are 63 patients in hospital with one in the ICU and on ventilation.
Of the new cases, 209 were confirmed via PCR testing and 163 through the Rapid Antigen Test (RAT). It is the lowest number of new infections since 30 December 2021.
There are 2,779 active cases in the ACT (1,618 PCR and 1,161 RAT).
The ACT has recorded a total of 38,123 positive cases since testing began and 28 deaths.
More than half (53.2 per cent) of ACT residents aged 18 and over have received a booster shot, while ACT Health reports 98.6 per cent of residents aged 12 and over are fully vaccinated with two shots.
More than seven in 10 (71.9 per cent) ACT children aged five to 11 years have received one dose.
