UPDATED: Kaine Gleeson arrested after police issued warrant

Kaine Gleeson is wanted by ACT Policing.

UPDATE: Kaine Gleeson has been arrested on Thursday afternoon after ACT Policing received multiple reports in relation to the location of the man.

When facing court on Friday 18 February, Gleeson was been charged with eight child sex offences relating to one teenage girl.

There were also single charges of maintaining a sexual relationship with a child and using a child for the production of exploitation material.

The crimes were alleged to have been committed between December 2020 and April 2021.

BEFORE: ACT Policing is seeking public assistance to locate 40-year-old man, Kaine Gleeson following a warrant being issued for his arrest. 

In securing the warrant, police allege he committed serious offences between December 2020 and May 2021.  

Mr Gleeson is believed to be actively avoiding police and extensive efforts have been made to locate him.
