Inside & out: ReJeaneration and a dash of kitchen colour

The latest in news, trends and happenings for the home …

Linen House launches ReJeaneration

Australian family-owned homewares brand, Linen House, have launched a sustainable and natural bedding range that’s giving old jeans a second life. The ReJeaneration line is made by combining post-consumer recycled jeans with a material made from sustainably sourced wood. By upcycling the jeans, Linen House are seeking to eliminate water waste and the release of pollutants. Just one pair of jeans leads to 8000 litres of wastewater and with six billion pairs of jeans made each year, that’s a whole lot of water. Linen House are also donating 10 per cent of ReJeaneration sales to their social impact initative, LH Cares.

Add a dash of colour to your kitchen

The glowing range of stoneware mugs from Maxwell & Williams’ Luxe collection are the perfect splash of colour to add to your kitchen. Welcome the new season with the iconic Eclipse range and choose from six vibrant colours. The shimmering lustre glaze creates a gorgeous glow, created by a unique glazing technique that layers a subtle inner glaze with a pearlescent outer glaze. If you’re after something with more of an earthy touch, the Eclipse stoneware mugs contrast an elegantly coloured glaze against an artisanal base for a two-tone finish.

Find Maxwell & Williams’ new range online, or head to Myer, Sauvage Urbain, or Harris Scarfe in Canberra.
