Blackshaw Belconnen merges with Taylors Real Estate

One of Canberra’s oldest family run businesses, Taylors Real Estate, is combining their expertise with Blackshaw Real Estate in Belconnen.

Taylors Real Estate in Florey will be merging into the Blackshaw Belconnen office, and principal Matt Sebbens, managing principal Esther Sebbens, and Darryl Taylor assure their Canberra clients of a seamless transition.

“Ever since Esther and I commenced our careers in real estate, we’ve heard nothing but great things about Taylors – particularly the solid reputation that Darryl and his father Ralph have maintained over the past 30 years,” said Mr Sebbens.

“We’re excited and humbled to be working with Darryl now, to ensure the legacy of that foundation.”

Esther Sebbens added, “We’ve been friendly competitors for the past few years and Darryl became a coffee buddy when we
moved our office to Florey.”

“We struck up a fast friendship as both our businesses are family-owned and community focused.”

Mr Sebbens guarantees a smooth transition throughout the merger, and the point of contact for Taylors existing clients will remain unchanged.

Mr Taylor will be moving across to join the Blackshaw Belconnen team in their Florey office.
