ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to a house fire that occurred in Rivett overnight, which police believe was deliberately lit. Â
About 5.55pm yesterday, Sunday 15 May, police and ACT Fire & Rescue were called to a house fire in Salsola Street, Rivett. Â
No-one was in the home at the time of the fire and the house suffered extensive damage before the fire could be extinguished.
The house will be forensically examined today.
Police believe the fire was deliberately lit and are asking for anyone who has any information about the incident to come forward.
