Sandra Masters from LJ Hooker Kippax and Alec Brown of Ray White Canberra will represent the ACT in the Australasian Auctioneering Championship (AUSTROS) next month.
They are among the 16 finalists from across Australia and New Zealand who are set to compete for the top gong.
Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA) and Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) will be holding the event on 16-18 October.
This year’s AUSTROS will see industry leading property auctioneers descend on Sydney to battle for the pinnacle industry award.
REIA President, Hayden Groves said “AUSTROS 2022 is set to be bigger than ever, as the annual event returns after two years of consecutive cancellations due to COVID-19 restrictions”.
“We expect some interesting skills and tactics to have developed throughout this period and are excited to unite the industry to share best practice and celebrate together,” he said.
