Seven ACT house inspections to see this weekend

The ACT auction market has had a cracker of a December with new price records being set, a record number of inspections, and the highest capital city clearance rate in the country, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.   

The ACT property market continues to go from strength to strength with no sign of slowing down just yet, despite the usual Christmas lull just around the corner.

It’s an exciting time to go house hunting across the ACT with auctions happening every weekend and new suburb price records being set almost every week.
