Witnesses sought to aggravated burglary in Gordon

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to an aggravated burglary in the southern Tuggeranong suburb of Gordon last Wednesday morning, 1 September.

At around 7.10am, three Caucasian men wearing high visibility clothes, masks and gloves forced their way into a home on Lewis Luxton Avenue and allegedly threatened the occupants with a firearm and sledgehammer. The men then ransacked the house and before leaving with a sum of cash, mobile phones and gaming equipment.

Police believe the men left the area in a vehicle.

ACT Policing is urging anyone who has information about this incident that could assist police to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
