Campbell home sells for nearly $2 million

While long weekends are typically quieter than most in the real estate world, one Campbell home has livened things up, selling for nearly $2 million.

3/50 Jacka Crescent in Campbell went under the online hammer over the Anzac Day long weekend, with bidders battling it out, placing 19 bids for an eventual sale price of $1.96 million.

The architecturally-designed property was listed by Mario Sanfrancesco and Debbie Madigan of Blackshaw Manuka, and includes three bedrooms plus study, two bathrooms and a four-car garage. The sale comes as auctions around the country move online due to COVID-19, and the real estate industry adapts to the changing landscape.
