Specifically fashioned for Canberra, the concept carves its own identity, designed to maximise the local talent and produce.
โIโve witnessed from afar how exciting and energetic the Canberra food scene has become, and I canโt wait to open Carlotta and work with the incredible array of local producers, growers and hospitality talent,โ said Lucas.
Canberra boasts one of Australiaโs fastest growing food scenes with a new generation of talent transforming the city into one of the most exciting places to dine out in the country. Buoyed by an increasingly youthful population, Canberra is a dynamic and vibrant city with a thirst for experiential dining and nighttime experiences.
