UPDATE: missing boy James Duyzer found safe and well

UPDATE: Great news Canberra, 16-year-old James Duyzer has been found safe and well.


ACT Policing is seeking the public’s assistance to locate missing 16-year-old boy James Duyzer.

James has not been seen or heard from since about 3pm today, Thursday 15 June, and was last seen at Deakin.

He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175cm (5’9”) tall, with brown hair, blue-grey eyes, and of solid build. He was wearing a green bucket hat, a black corduroy jacket, grey-blue track pants and blue Nike shoes.

James has limited verbal skills and may struggle to communicate.

Police and James’s family hold concerns for his welfare and are requesting the public’s assistance in locating him.
