Croker and Papalii out for Rabbitohs clash

Jarrod Croker and Josh Papalii will both miss the Canberra Raiders crucial clash with the South Sydney Rabbitohs at GIO Stadium on Thursday night 29 April.

Croker has been ruled out with a shoulder injury that will see him miss 1-2 weeks while the club has opted to rest Papalii from the blockbuster matchup.

Joe Tapine returns on the bench in place of Papalii, while Bailey Simonsson comes onto the wing with Seb Kris shifting to centre.

Kris impressed playing in the centres earlier in the season while Tapine is back after being dropped last week.

The rest of the team is the same as the one that lost to the Cowboys last week with Corey Harawira-Naera starting in the back row again and Hudson Young on the bench.

Siliva Havili remains on the bench despite only playing six minutes last week. Corey Horsburgh is on the bench again for his second game of the season while Emre Guler and Ryan James have been named to start in the front row.

The Rabbitohs have named Cody Walker to start at fullback in place of the suspended Latrell Mitchell with Benji Marshall at five-eighth.
