Drugs, cash, replica firearm seized in Lawson search warrant

Two 26-year-old men are expected to face court following the seizure of drugs, cash and a replica firearm during a Lawson search warrant.

On Friday morning 18 December, police executed a search warrant at a residence in Lawson.

During the search, police located drugs, a replica firearm, items associated with drug trafficking and a sum of cash. 

Two men were conveyed to City Police Station and charged with offences including drug trafficking. Both men were granted bail to appear before the ACT Magistrate at a later date.

Police urge anyone who may have any information regarding the manufacture, sale or distribution of illicit drugs to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website. Information can be provided anonymously.
