Folk Dance Canberra runs world dance classes, workshops, and social events for all ages. Dancing with us is a great way of improving your fitness and wellbeing while making new friends.
There are classes suitable for all ages and all levels of dance experience – no partner required! Classes are held at Folk Dance Canberra Hall, 114 Maitland Street, Hackett.
Starting from 2 February, our 90-minute beginner classes offer a wonderful pathway into dance cultures from around the world. Choose from Wednesday night sessions 7.30pm with Lesley, or Thursday mornings 10.30am with Rebecca. Cost: $10.50 per class (discount for term payment).
