Goulburn records three new COVID-19 cases

The Southern NSW Local Health District (SNSWLHD) has recorded three new COVID-19 cases, with all of them in Goulburn.

The three new cases are yet to be linked and remain under investigation.

There are now 78 active cases in the SNSWLHD.

The total number of cases in the region during the current outbreak is now 94 with 16 people fully recovered.

There are four people currently in hospital with the virus.

NSW Health has also detected fragments of the virus in the sewage in Crookwell and Jindabyne. It is possible these fragments are signs of undetected cases so people with symptoms are being urged to come forward for testing.
