Icon Water is the ACT’s provider of essential water and wastewater services. Our goal is to be a valued partner in the community. That’s why we have launched the Let’s Talk Water and Wastewater customer engagement program. This is a long-term initiative aimed at deepening our connection to the Canberra community. We want to have a continuous dialogue between Icon Water and Canberra residents. By doing this, we will better understand the priorities and investments needed to provide affordable, reliable and quality services to our customers.
It’s important to us that our services reflect the needs, values and expectations of Canberrans. To accomplish this, we try to engage with projects that benefit our community. The first engagement under our new program is the 2023-28 Price Proposal.
