Journey Home design in top 50
Canberra interior designer Nadine Neilson has been named in House & Garden Magazine’s Top 50 Rooms for 2018. Owner of Journey Home Interior Design, Nadine transformed a room in Deakin from a ‘teenage hangout’ into a comfortable, elegant space. She says she is delighted to represent the ACT as the only local Canberra designer to be featured. “Our client’s lifestyle had undergone change with all children out of the house and they were looking forward to enjoying their retirement. They wanted the rumpus room, which was unused real estate in the house, to become a place for family get-togethers and entertaining guests,” Nadine says. “The best part of all is that our lovely clients now have an inviting and comfortable area to entertain, relax or retreat.”
