A 58-year-old man has been arrested following an investigation into his alleged sexual abuse of two children who were family members between 1998 and 2004.
Earlier this year, police received a report about this matter via an online report for historical sexual assault and an investigation was commenced.
The man was arrested by ACT Policing at his residence in Isabella Plains about 12.15pm yesterday, Thursday 19 October.
He is expected to face court this morning charged with one count of incest, and two counts of acts of indecency with a young person.
The investigation into this matter is continuing and additional charges may be laid.
