A motor vehicle incident has occurred on the Southbound lane of the Federal Highway, in Watson near the intersection with the Barton Highway.

The southbound lane of the Federal Highway has been reduced to one lane in the area, with traffic built up.

ACT Ambulance Service, ACT Fire & Rescue and ACT Policing are all on scene.

The community is asked to avoid the area and use an alternative route.
