The winners of the 2023 Restaurant & Catering Hostplus Awards for Excellence in the ACT have been announced today.
Les Bistonomes in Campbell were the big winners, taking home the Restaurant of the Year, European Restaurant of the Year and Premium Dining awards. The French restaurant is owned by Clément Chauvin who is also the executive chef.
Other winners included The Ginger Group in Weston Creek awarded Caterer of the Year and The Boat House in Barton awarded Best Contemporary Australian Restaurant.
The program formally recognises hospitality operators across a broad range of categories who consistently provide exceptional service and demonstrate culinary excellence in their respective fields.
Restaurant & Catering (R&CA) CEO Suresh Manickam congratulated each of the winners on behalf of the Association, recognising their significant contributions to the territory’s hospitality sector.
“We are extremely pleased with the culinary expertise and high standard of service this year’s winners provide. We thank everyone who came out to celebrate the achievements of our industry and its highest achievers,” said Manickam.
