We have transitioned back to a normal pre-COVID market. As expected during winter, there is a slight decline in enquiry levels; however, rents continue to hold quite strong. To ensure success for our clients in this market, we are putting in extra effort to secure excellent applications. This means more 1on1 inspections and communication throughout the leasing campaign.
