Man charged after robbing Amaroo pharmacy

ACT Policing is seeking to identify two members of the public who assisted police following a robbery at Priceline Pharmacy in Amaroo yesterday. 

About 3.30pm yesterday afternoon, Sunday 28 July, police were approached by two people who had just witnessed the robbery.

The information they provided assisted police in locating and arresting the alleged offender a short time later. 

The alleged offender, a 39-year-old man from Amaroo, will face the ACT Magistrates Court today charged with robbery. 

Police would like to speak to the two members of the public, a man and a woman, who alerted police of the robbery. 

The man was wearing a black top, black pants, and a black cap. The woman was wearing a grey jumper, blue shorts, and sandals. 

Police would ask these two people to contact police on 131 444, or visit their nearest police station.
