Man drowns at Narrawallee Beach on NSW South Coast

A man believed to be in his 50s has died after drowning at Narrawallee Beach on the NSW South Coast.

At approximately 3:30 pm today, Monday, 3 February, emergency services responded to Narrawallee Beach on Matron Porter Drive, Narrawallee, following reports of a man in distress in the water.

Officers attached to South Coast Police District with assistance from NSW Ambulance, Mollymook Surf Life Saving and the Toll Rescue Helicopter responded.

NSW Ambulance paramedics performed CPR on the man, however he sadly couldnโ€™t be revived.

A report will be prepared for the coroner.
