Man robs Coles Manuka during Remembrance Day minute of silence

ACT Policing has released CCTV footage to assist in identifying a man who allegedly committed an aggravated robbery at Coles, Manuka during the minute of silence on Remembrance Day.

About 11am on Monday 11 November, the man allegedly entered the service counter and used a large kitchen knife to force two cash registers open.

The man then fled the area on foot with a sum of cash. No one was physically injured during the robbery.

He is described as being approximately 30 – 40 years of age, Caucasian in appearance, with a medium build and short blonde hair. He was wearing a navy blue cap, a blue jumper, dark pants, and black runners at the time of the incident. He also had a pair of glasses tucked into the neck of his jumper.
