Construction has officially begun on Core Developments’ luxury apartments at Batemans Bay NSW.
Dubbed Ohana, the development will comprise one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments on the corner of Beach Road and Herarde Street in Batemans Bay and is expected to create a number of jobs in a region that’s felt the effects of both bushfires and COVID-19 in 2020.
“It is important for us to show the local community that Core is invested in Batemans Bay beyond the project,” says Core Developments’ construction director, Jon Anastasov.
“Working alongside the local employees you get to feel daily excitement and eagerness to bring the beautiful development to life.”
With interiors designed by the renowned Mon Palmer, the development will include a choice of three interior schemes, rooftop garden and a pool.
