Police call for witnesses to road rage incident

ACT Policing is calling for information about a road rage incident that occurred along Horse Park Drive and the Monaro Highway yesterday afternoon, Sunday 25 October.

The vehicles involved were a grey/blue Audi A4 sedan and a grey Mazda 3 sedan, and police have received reports that one of the vehicles was driving aggressively, closely tailgating the other.

The incident occurred eastbound on Horse Park Drive before the drivers continued southbound on Majura Parkway and southbound on the Monaro Highway.

The grey Mazda received rear-end damage near the intersection of the Monaro Highway and Hindmarsh Drive at Symonston.

Police are urging anyone who was travelling on Horse Park Drive, Majura Parkway and/or Monaro Highway between 12.30pm and 1.30pm who may have witnessed or captured the interaction of these vehicles on dash-cam to contact police.

Police are urging anyone that witnessed or has dash-cam footage of the incident to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website. Please quote reference 6659324. Information can be provided anonymously.
