UPDATE: While police continue to investigate the circumstances of this incident, the woman’s death does not appear to be suspicious.  

ACT Policing is investigating the death of a 51-year-old woman in a Barton hotel earlier today, Tuesday 5 March.    

About 1.15pm today, police responded to reports a woman had been located deceased in a hotel room on National Circuit, Barton.    

Police said investigations are continuing to determine the circumstances of the incident.
