Police seek witnesses to Kingston stabbing

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to an incident in Kingston yesterday evening, Saturday 5 March, during which a man was stabbed.  

About 5.45pm on Saturday, an altercation occurred between several men near a licensed premises on the Kingston Foreshore, and continued onto Eastlake Parade, where a man was stabbed several times.  

The man was taken to hospital by ACT Ambulance Service paramedics for treatment to his wounds. 

Police have identified dozens of witnesses; however, anyone who witnessed the incident who has not yet spoken to police is urged to come forward.  

Anyone with video footage, including from mobile phones, dash-cams, or CCTV, or who has information about the people involved is also urged to ACT Policing Criminal Investigations.
