Queanbeyan man wins $200k in Lotto draw

A Queanbeyan man is eager to upgrade to a new set of wheels after the revelation he won $200,000 a Lotto draw last week.

โ€œExciting stuff, mate!โ€ the man exclaimed after heโ€™d whistled in surprise.

โ€œItโ€™s all a bit surreal.

โ€œIโ€™ve been playing Lucky Lotteries for a long time โ€“ probably about 30 years. Normally I just get a ticket each week.

โ€œOn the weekend, I went to check my ticket. Iโ€™d just had it in my wallet and I had no idea!

โ€œIโ€™m still in a bit of a haze.

โ€œIt feels good to win! This will come in very, very handy.

โ€œIโ€™m about due to get a new car so that will help me do that and pay off a few bills.โ€

The manโ€™s winning ticket was purchased at the Karabar Newsagency.
